Omniclassroom will crowdsource worldschooling research. By allowing individual users to document the best locations where they've worldschooled and how they worldschooled when visiting those locations, we will be able to create an extensive, searchable database. No longer will you have to browse through thousands of blogposts, pinterest pins, instagram pictures, and more; instead just easily search all in one place through Omniclassroom. Search by location, star rating, and best suited for age. By crowdsourcing worldschooling research, you will have more time for what really matters - getting out and enjoying the world with your family.
Omniclassroom will allow to you to promote your online presence by allowing you to create free unit studies that link back to your own site/blog. Your unit studies can also include affiliate links. In unit studies, you simply share how you worldschooled your child in a particular location. The unit studies will be a benefit for other worldschooling families coming to the same location behind you; they could also cater to homeschooling families wanting to learn more about the world. Take a look at an example unit study here: World Schooling in a Forest.
Connect with other worldschooling families by sharing your worldschooling experiences and learning from theirs. Also in later versions, we hope to connect worldschoolers over world wide digital learning experiences such as an online science fair and an online book club group.
